SIR YOU HAVE RIGHTLY QUOTED THE FACT BUT AS I BELIEVE IT IS ALSO A PART OF PLAN OF UNAIDED PUBLIC SCHOOLS WHO WILL USE THIS NOTIFICATION IN THEIR DEFENCE IN FUTURE AS AN EXECUSE FOR NON IMPLIMENTATION OF RTE. present notification is a challenge to constitution of india where education department of of GNCT Delhi had made attempt to pass an amendment in the act passed by the parliament. sir as i belive the notification is not only against the RTE act but categorisation of children in verious category curtails the fundamental right of equality. sir i have surprised when seen the statement of respected CM that it will be difficult for parents if their students are studying in two schools. In the same statement it was mentioned that students from EWS category will be admitted on the basis of same forumuale. If respectable CM belives the present system will create the problem then whether EWS staudents are not concerns of the respectable CM. As i believe the present notice which is bad in law is only to create confusion and this confusion will be encashed by unaided public school management for their comercial interest.
